Now, the time has come to pay tribute to this living legend. But what is a legend without its stories; and who better to tell those than its dedicated follows? We need you to share your favourite experiences with the Contour loudspeakers.

Hugo Nielssen was one of the men who played a crucial role in the creation of the Contour. Hugo was employed as a cabinetmaker and here he is pictured with the one of the most recognized Contours created: a Contour he meticulously sanded to make the best cabinet at that time possible. Hugo was crucial because of his meticulous nature, his attention to detail, and dedication to proud traditions as a master craftsman. Hugo poured these qualities into the making of the Contour; creating a foundation on which a legend was built.
The Contour combines the very best of Dynaudio: a handcrafted cabinet and the refined and balanced Dynaudio sound quality to mention a few. The Contour’s construction effectively reduces resonance and allows for excellent sound performance up to the highest volume levels.
Technically, the Contour has been refined and upgraded: a Dynaudio soft dome tweeter with precision coating provides detailed high frequencies and the crossover has been refined using special ceramic resistors and high quality capacitors that produce an exceptionally pure and refined music experience.
The Contour LE models are available in three real-wood veneer finishes, or in a Black Piano lacquer finish with a stainless steel baffle.
